Job summary

West Shore Home in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Residential Remodeler Trainee for paid training. You’ll gain hands-on skills in carpentry, remodeling, and plumbing while delivering a 5-star experience for homeowners.

Starting at 6:30 AM, you’ll load materials, travel to jobs, demo baths, install tubs and surrounds, and clean up thoroughly. The program includes benefits, a 401(k) plan with match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device required to login to company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 6:30 AM to load materials and start work.
• Travel to customers' homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, surround, and update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, respecting the customer’s home.
• Assist in completing paperwork and logistics back to the warehouse.
