Job summary

West Shore Home in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform safe, high‑quality installations, from bath/shower demos to final plumbing updates, while delivering a 5‑star customer experience.

Expect 6:30 AM starts, load/unload duties, and thorough cleanup. Benefits include robust health coverage, 401(k) with match, HSA contributions, PTO and ongoing training for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
