Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Construction Trainee (Residential Remodeler) based in Spartanburg, SC. The role involves loading materials, visiting customers, removing old baths/showers, installing new units, and finishing with a tidy job site.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Compensation includes a paid training program with an hourly rate of $17–$20, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a technology-driven home improvement company

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
