Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeling Trainee to support installation crews in Dallas, TX. You will assist in loading materials, preparing sites, and performing basic remodel tasks under supervision.

The role starts early with a 6:30 AM schedule, Monday through Friday, and offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a technology-driven home improvement company serving customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
