Job summary

West Shore Home in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our team. The Installer will perform safe installations of bathrooms and related remodeling tasks, following SOPs and PPE protocols, while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

You will arrive by 6:30 AM, load materials, visit customers, demo existing fixtures, install new tubs or surrounds, clean up, and handle paperwork. This role requires hands-on remodeling experience or a strong eagerness to learn, plus a valid

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surrounds, and adjust plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
