West Shore Home in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Construction Trainee (Residential Remodeler) for a full-time, paid training program. The role starts with a 6:30 AM schedule, visiting customer homes to perform safe installations and demonstrate products.

You will learn carpentry, remodeling, and plumbing while following SOPs and PPE protocols, delivering a 5-star customer experience. Training is paid, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demonstrate existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
