Job summary

Crossroads Community, Inc. in Cambridge, MD is seeking a Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) Manager to lead daily operations and a dedicated rehab services team.

You will supervise staff, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and help clients achieve their goals in a safe, supportive environment. Collaboration with clinical providers and Health Homes is central to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• AA or BA in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with BA or 3 years with AA.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Must become a CPRP through PRA within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily program operations, ensuring compliance with policies, fiscal guidelines, and accreditation standards.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate program staff, fostering accountability and growth.
• Support staff in addressing client needs and managing daily issues.
• Approve and process service notes in compliance with billing and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate consumer entry, orientation, and transitions within the program.
• Ensure strong collaboration with clinical and Health Home partners.
• Lead quality assurance efforts and maintain safe, healthy environments.
• Monitor performance outcomes and operate within budget parameters.

Education

AA or BA in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work or related field

1 year experience with BA or 3 years experience with AA

Supervisory experience

Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) within 1 year
