Key Point Health Services Inc. seeks a Program Manager for the Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) in Baltimore, MD. The role oversees comprehensive services and ensures high-quality documentation, audits, and staff training for on-site and off-site programs.

The ideal candidate will manage assessments, treatment plans, and advocacy, while maintaining policy adherence and reporting to the Program Director. Salary is $28/hour, full-time with generous benefits and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s in vocational rehab counseling or a bachelor’s with CPRP.
• CRCC certification required or actively pursuing CPRP.
• Experience related to the population served.
• Strong written, interpersonal, and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, case management, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
• Prepare patient records for audits.
• Monitor documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes.
• Submit treatment plans for authorizations and maintain charts.
• Train and supervise staff; develop and adhere to program policy.
• Complete 20 hours per year of training and comply with safety rules.
