Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of group department rehabilitation services.
• Provide clinical direction to group facilitators per COMAR.
• Schedule PRP groups and ensure communications to staff.
• Review client progress notes and IRPs for accuracy.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and coordinate training.
• Ensure documentation, attendance records, and regulatory compliance.
