Job summary

Crossroads Community, Inc. (CCI) in Cambridge, MD seeks a Residential Coach to help individuals with mental health challenges develop daily living skills and confidence for independent living.

You will work directly with clients to identify goals, build coping strategies, and promote recovery in the community. The role supports non-profit behavioral health services with flexible scheduling, including full-time and part-time opportunities, and a commitment to quality care and client empowerment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Work related use of a vehicle carrying minimum of 100/300/50 liability insurance
• Pass the agency’s background check

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing and strengthening daily living skills.
• Support clients with self-administration of medications.
• Encourage self-care, wellness, and healthy routines.
• Help clients identify personal goals and develop strategies to overcome challenges.
• Promote independence, recovery, and community involvement.
• Build positive, supportive relationships that encourage personal growth and success.
