Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a social service field; no experience required or year-to-year experience in lieu of education.
• Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence) and active for at least 3 years.
• Pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Passion for working with individuals with a mental illness or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Staff are responsible for assessment, case management, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes.
• Responsible for medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication.
• Responsible for teaching community skills including ADLs as needed.
• Must drive 15 passenger vans to transport clients.
