Key Point Health Services Inc. is seeking an Associate Counselor for the Adult PRP Day Program in Aberdeen, MD. The role involves leading psychoeducational groups, documenting progress, and coordinating community services.

You will transport participants using 15-passenger vans, complete timely documentation, and support individuals with behavioral health needs. A Maryland driver's license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree with relevant experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in psychiatric rehabilitation, mental health or human services preferred.
• Must be able to drive and transport participants safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document onsite and offsite psycho educational groups.
• Teach community skills including ADLs as needed.
• Safely transport PRP members to and from the program and offsite activities.
• Complete timely documentation and coordinate services for participants.

This includes assessment, case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.* Must drive 15 passenger vans.**What You Need:*** High school diploma and 2 years of work experience.
