Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required or must be completed within the first week of employment.
• Associate degree in Human Services or Bachelor’s in Social Work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and intake new residents, explain facility rules and expectations.
• Provide guidance and assistance to residents with questions and concerns.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client activities and other info.
• Monitor client activities on campus and in the community using headcounts, calls, and GPS tracking.
• Ensure residents sign in/out and monitor movement of clients and visitors.
• Conduct searches of facility and client belongings as needed.
• Oversee residents’ medication and document dosage/time.
• Distribute mail, meals, and transportation tickets to residents.
• Transport residents using company vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in facilities and rooms.
