Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR certification within first week.
• Prior experience in mental health, substance use, or residential corrections preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Orient and intake new residents, explain facility rules and expectations.
• Monitor resident activities, conduct headcounts, GPS tracking, and safety checks.
• Supervise medication administration and distribution of meals, mail, and transport passes.
• Maintain detailed documentation and timely incident reporting per FBOP standards.
• Use de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations with residents.
