Cherry Health is seeking a Correctional Residential Re-entry Care Coordinator to oversee residents in a non-clinical, secure setting under FBOP guidelines. You will balance safety with supportive, hands-on resident assistance, focusing on successful reintegration and daily operations.

The role emphasizes documentation, medication oversight, safety checks, and adherence to facility policies while fostering a respectful environment for adults reintegrating after incarceration.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification required or completed within first week of employment.
• Experience in mental health, substance use, or residential corrections preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Orient and intake new residents, explain facility rules and expectations.
• Oversee medication administration and distribute meals/transportation passes.
• Maintain logs and documentation of resident activities and movements.
• Monitor residents via headcounts, GPS tracking, and accountability checks.
• Conduct searches, urinalysis testing, and enforce facility policies.
• Transport residents using company vehicles as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in rooms and common areas.
