Job summary

Ramey-Estep Homes, Inc. operates a 24‑hour residential SUD program that provides adult care within a structured treatment milieu. The Adult Support Aid (ASA) supports recovery by guiding clients, ensuring safety, and reinforcing program pillars across daily activities.

The role requires shift management, crisis awareness, and a professional, compassionate approach to care. The ASA collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a secure environment, educate clients, and document progress

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with SUD population preferred.
• Experience in management, leadership, and/or supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shift and handle issues in daily treatment milieu.
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients during the program.
• Establish boundaries and respond to client needs with fairness and care.
• Maintain familiarity with emergency procedures and safety protocols.
