Job summary

Ramey-Estep / Re-group in Kentucky is hiring an Adult Support Aid (ASA) to join a 24-hour residential SUD program. You will work within a treatment milieu, guiding clients through daily activities and promoting safety and recovery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years of age, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SUD populations and leadership is preferred; driving responsibility may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with SUD population preferred.
• Experience in management, leadership, and/or supervision preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide 24-hour residential care for adults in the SUD program.
• Manage the shift and facilitate emotional, social, moral, and physical recovery of clients.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and promote growth and recovery.
• Keep accurate records and write objective reports.
• Provide transportation for clients as needed and drive agency vehicles safely.
