Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking a dedicated staff member at our Crownsville facility. You will assist in supervising recovery support professionals, help develop daily staff schedules, and maintain accurate client census and movement logs. Transport clients when needed and ensure secure access to the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with relevant behavioral health experience; valid driver's license preferred. On-site work with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 1 year in Residential Behavioral Health Program; with 60 college credits; HS diploma requires 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and training recovery support professionals.
• Support daily scheduling for staff coverage across shifts.
• Maintain accurate daily census and client movement logs.
• Transport clients with valid license for medical appointments and other activities.
• Screen client belongings on entry; monitor access to facility.
• Oversee room searches and random client searches as directed.
• Coordinate and document client orientation, and activity sheets in the electronic health record system.
• Monitor daily program activities including meals and medications.
