Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; meet driving criteria.
• No DUI or fatal accidents in past 5 years.
• Flexibility in availability; 24/7 program operations.
• Substitutions: residential treatment completion may substitute for residential services experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions; document hourly runs.
• Monitor client movement; maintain sign-out book.
• Coordinate in-house activities per schedule.
• Maintain daily census; report infractions.
• Conduct client orientation and morning meetings.
• Transport clients to medical appointments as needed.
• Conduct room searches and monitor medication supervision.
• Ensure facility security and safety checks; perform fire drills.
• Complete written and electronic incident reports.
