Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in Residential Behavioral Health Program Setting with 60 college credits; HS diploma with at least 3 years in such settings.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients; strong reading and writing skills; able to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision and training of recovery support professionals.
• Develop daily staffing schedules for proper staff coverage.
• Maintain accurate daily census and client movement logs.
• Escort clients to appointments and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Screen client belongings on entry and monitor client safety.
• Coordinate, conduct, and document room searches as directed; monitor medication administration.
• Document client activity in electronic health record system as directed.
• Complete written reports and participate in safety and facility checks.
