Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager for our Residential Recovery Services to support residents on their recovery journey. You will promote independence and community integration using Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles.

Under supervision, you will collaborate with residents, families, providers, and community resources to facilitate recovery goals, skill-building, and a safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services discipline; fields include Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Behavioral Health.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to person-centered, recovery-oriented services.

Responsibilities

• Promote recovery, community integration, wellness, and independence for residents.
• Help residents identify, develop, and achieve individualized recovery goals.
• Support residents in daily living activities and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with treatment providers, family, and community resources to coordinate services.
