Job summary

The Providence Center seeks a Residential Support Specialist for the Women’s Road to Recovery program. You will provide person-centered services in a residential setting, coordinate care, identify gaps in social determinants of health, and connect clients to community resources to support recovery and independence.

You will lead groups, support counseling, supervise medications, document in EMR, and maintain a safe, HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Experience with substance use population preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document in EMR.
• Bilingual preferred; for bilingual roles language mastery required within 30 days.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends; travel within the community may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support in a residential setting.
• Coordinate care and connect clients to resources to support recovery.
• Facilitate groups and supportive counseling.
• Supervise medication administration and document in EPIC.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, safe living environment.
• Collaborate with care team to implement individualized care plans.
