Job summary

The Providence Center, part of Care New England, seeks a Residential Support Specialist for Road to Recovery. Responsibilities include facilitating groups, assisting with medication supervision, and maintaining accurate clinical records.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Experience working with the substance use population strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support within a residential setting.
• Coordinate care and connect clients to resources to support recovery.
• Facilitate groups and supportive counseling.
• Monitor medications and ensure safe administration.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily activity logs.
