The Providence Center, part of Care New England, seeks a Residential Support Specialist for Road to Recovery. This role provides person-centered services in a residential setting, coordinating care, aiding with daily living skills, and supporting recovery efforts for individuals with behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities include facilitating groups, assisting with medication supervision, and maintaining accurate clinical records.

Qualificações

• High School or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Experience working with the substance use population strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records and complete reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centered support within a residential setting.
• Coordinate care and connect clients to resources to support recovery.
• Facilitate groups and supportive counseling.
• Monitor medications and ensure safe administration.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily activity logs.
