STL Holding Company is seeking a Quality Control/Customer Care Technician for the Beaumont/Orange, TX area. This full-time role involves conducting internal quality inspections across mechanical, electrical, structural, and finish trades and acting as an internal customer before homeowner orientation to ensure top-notch delivery.

The position requires strong communication, a solid work ethic, and the ability to manage warranty inspections at 30 days, 6 months, and 12 months after closing.

Formación

• 2–5+ years in residential construction preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using an iPad for documents
• Strong customer service background and a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Responsabilidades

• Perform internal quality control inspections to ensure adherence to company quality standards
• Act as an internal customer before homeowner orientation to ensure high levels of quality
• Provide warranty service and conduct 30‑day, 6‑month and 12‑month inspections
• Document items needing repair during inspections
• Coordinate with Customer Care for scheduling and work orders
• Educate homeowners on operating home mechanical and electrical equipment
• Assist with light sheetrock, painting, plumbing and electrical as needed
• Ensure warranty service requests are completed within set timeframes
