Balfour Beatty Communities seeks a Quality Control Technician to oversee QA for service requests in YARDI, ensuring 100% LHS review and timely updates. The role collaborates with the Facilities Manager/Director to maintain high workmanship standards across residential properties.

Responsibilities include inspecting contractor work, capturing notes and photos, and coordinating with the Work Order Center to ensure accurate documentation. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 10 years maintenance experience.
• Residential Construction, Facility Maintenance, Property Management, Contract Oversight, Home Inspection.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose problems.
• Ability to perform Quality Control inspections on work and repairs.
• Demonstrated ability to train on skilled trades.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Valid state Driver's License and safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Review 100% of LHS work orders in YARDI and ensure status/notes are updated daily.
• Perform 100% quality review on maintenance/contractor work orders related to LHS and urgent requests.
• Inspect contractor work with FM/Director, document findings with notes and photos.
• Ensure workmanship meets industry standards and address gaps with responsible parties.
• Enter and retrieve data in Yardi, and communicate results to Facility management.
• Coordinate service request steps with MHO partners and inspect homes for quality control standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
