Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Porter to maintain common areas of our property in Louisville, KY. This full-time, non-exempt role involves cleaning, light maintenance, and assisting with move-ins to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include customer-service driven upkeep, safety, and teamwork with Property/Service Managers. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic hand tools, with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk and perform physical labor for up to eight hours daily.
• Must communicate in English.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and safe common areas and clubhouse.
• Ensure property exterior and landscaping are well kept.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and prep prior to move-in.
• Respond to maintenance issues and notify supervisor as needed.
• Follow all policies and procedures and participate in training.
