Cardinal Group Companies in State College, PA is seeking a Porter to maintain common areas and apartments prior to move-in. You will ensure clean, safe, and well-kept spaces, assist with turnovers, and support the Property Manager with routine maintenance.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Cardinal Core Values, with physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working up to eight hours a day, indoors and outdoors across the property.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, office, model, and other areas clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Ensure trash areas are clean and prepared for pickup.
• Maintain landscaping and water plants as needed.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and report needed repairs.
• Communicate with the Property Manager regarding issues needing attention.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
