Winfield Property Management is seeking Property Managers in the Tulsa area to oversee daily operations of residential properties and maximize occupancy. You will lead maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations, reporting to the Regional Director. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

The role requires coordinating upkeep, marketing, and financial reporting to ensure a positive living environment for residents and compliance with property guidelines.

Competenze

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience supervising others.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and repairs.
• Familiarity with property management laws and best practices.
• Experience with Google or AppFolio software.

• Oversee administration, maintenance and operations of residential properties.
• Plan and coordinate upkeep, repairs, remodeling or construction.
• Collect fees including rentals, deposits and operating expenses.
• Determine maintenance needs based on regular inspections.
• Show properties and explain occupancy terms to prospective residents.
• Devise and implement marketing plans for vacant units.
• Develop budgets, forecasting and financial reports.
• Maintain property records of activity and costs.
• Describe and enforce guidelines, rules, and regulations to residents and visitors.
