Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes in Tulsa, OK is seeking a seasoned property manager in a full-time role. You will oversee monthly budgets, revenue management, and staffing while guiding leasing, market analysis, and resident retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in property management or related field required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of management experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll management and staff supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Yardi and Paycom experience preferred; willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Learn to consistently meet monthly income and expense budgets for the community.
• Assist with pre-move out inspections and related tasks.
• Coordinate make-readies and service requests with maintenance staff and vendors.
• Review monthly financial reports and help set budgeting strategy.
• Perform market analysis and monitor competitor properties monthly; implement leasing strategies daily.
• Prepare and sign payroll records; manage overtime.
• Address staff performance and conduct evaluations with leadership.
• Assist with interviewing and recruiting associates; mentor and develop team members.
• Prioritize leasing and conduct tours as needed; manage lease renewals and resident retention.
• Process deposit accounting and manage vendor relationships for pricing and service.
• Assist with applications, move-ins, orientation, and resident services.
• Ensure facilities maintenance and common areas meet Weidner standards.
• Support with property improvements and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Handle resident, financial, analytic, and reporting tasks for the community.
