Job summary

Winfield Property Management is seeking a Property Manager in Oklahoma City to oversee daily operations of residential properties. You will drive occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and asset upkeep while leading maintenance, budgeting, and marketing efforts under the Regional Director.

You will supervise upgrades, implement compliance, and manage relationships with tenants, contractors, and team members. Strong English communication and software skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of related experience required.
• Fair Housing training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the administration, maintenance and operations of residential properties.
• Designs, schedules and coordinates upkeep, repairs, remodeling or construction projects.
• Collects fees, including monthly assessments, rentals, deposits or other operating expenses.
• Determine repairs/maintenance needs based on regular inspections of grounds, facilities and equipment.
• Shows properties, explains occupancy terms and provides community information to prospective residents.
• Devises and implements marketing plans for vacant units.
• Develops and presents budgets, forecasts and financial reports for the property.
• Maintains property records including activity, costs and permits.
