Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a geographic portfolio of residential buildings.
• Conduct showings, assist leasing, and negotiate lease terms.
• Follow up on maintenance requests; keep properties in excellent condition.
• Address resident inquiries by phone and ensure satisfaction.
• Collect rents and manage procedures for delinquency when needed.
• Perform routine property drives; build tenant relationships.
• Navigate Appfolio and related systems; support projects as needed.
