Job summary

CYM Living is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee residential properties, focusing on resident and customer satisfaction. You will lead and develop a team, supervise leasing activities, and ensure property condition and compliance across a defined geographic area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and relevant laws.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to upsell property features.
• Exceptional customer service with focus on tenant satisfaction.
• Proficient in property maintenance management and coordination.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for tenant interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within a specified area.
• Conduct property showings and assist in leasing, including negotiating lease terms and upselling features.
• Follow up on maintenance/repair requests to keep properties in excellent condition.
• Address resident complaint calls and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when needed.
• Perform routine drive/walk-by of properties at various times.
• Develop positive relationships with tenants to foster community engagement.
• Navigate and work effectively in Appfolio software environment.
• Complete any projects or additional duties as requested.
• Ensure mobility between buildings with a reliable automobile.
