Job summary

CYM Living is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a geographic area of buildings, conduct showings, and lease units to prospective residents. The role includes managing paperwork with the corporate office, following up on maintenance, and addressing resident concerns to ensure high satisfaction.

Responsibilities include rent collection, property upkeep, and multi-site operations using Yardi. A reliable automobile is required to travel between properties and support a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management and/or leasing experience.
• Multi-site management experience is a plus.
• Access to reliable automobile is required.

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within a specific geographic area.
• Show, walk through, and lease units to prospective residents.
• Manage paperwork flow between prospective residents and corporate office.
• Follow-up on maintenance/repair requests and ensure properties stay in excellent condition.
• Address resident complaint calls and follow-up to maintain satisfaction.
• Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when needed.
• Navigate, update, and work in Yardi software environment.
