Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management.
• Experience with housing authorities and subsidized rental programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of single-family homes and apartments.
• Ensure timely rent collection and handling of housing assistance payments.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and HUD regulations.
