Springboard Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Building Superintendent to manage administrative and maintenance tasks for eight subsidized housing units and a Family Support Center. The role requires coordinating with leadership to meet resident needs and funder requirements.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with at least two years of property maintenance or related human services experience, plus a valid driver’s license and on-call availability for emergency repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 2 years’ experience in property maintenance management or related human services field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• On-call for emergency building repairs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee administrative and maintenance duties for the 8-unit subsidized apartments and Family Support Center.
• Coordinate with the Senior Director of Client Services to ensure residents’ needs and HUD or other funder requirements are met.
• Act as main point of contact for vendors and building repairs.
• Monitor budgets, plan, organize, and supervise contractors and volunteers.
