Springboard Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Building Superintendent to manage administrative and maintenance tasks for eight subsidized housing units and a Family Support Center. The role requires coordinating with leadership to meet resident needs and funder requirements.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with at least two years of property maintenance or related human services experience, plus a valid driver’s license and on-call availability for emergency repairs.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• On-call for emergency building repairs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Building Superintendent is responsible for the administrative and maintenance duties required to operate the 8-unit residential subsidized apartments and Family Support Center while working closely with the Senior Director of Client Services to ensure the residents’ needs and HUD or other funder requirements are met. This position is the main point of contact for all vendors, building repairs and must have knowledge of budget monitoring, expertise in skill planning, organizing, directing, and supervising contractors and volunteers.

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance management and/or human services related field required. Applicant must have current driver’s license with safe driving record and on call for any emergency building repairs.
