Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Real Estate or Property Management industry.

• Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full leasing cycle, including marketing vacant units, screening prospective tenants, and executing lease agreements.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain the physical condition of the facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and preserve asset integrity.
• Manage tenant communications, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Monitor budget performance, collect rent payments, and prepare financial reports regarding occupancy rates and operational expenses.
