Job summary

Indigo Living, a group managing vibrant multifamily communities, is seeking a Residential Property Manager at Federal Point. You will lead leasing and maintenance coordination, coach staff, review leasing reports, and handle resident relations while exploring marketing ideas such as TikTok campaigns, with weekend responsibilities.

If you bring at least two years of supervisory experience and an associate degree in business or a related field, you’ll fit our collaborative, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience managing multifamily communities.
• Strong communication across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social).
• Flexible schedule including some weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Recommend promoting Leasing Consultant to Assistant Manager after coaching and closing skill gaps.
• Review leasing reports to ensure prospects become residents.
• Deescalate resident issues to achieve high satisfaction (5-star reviews).
• Reprioritize maintenance day after a water leak.
• Collaborate with maintenance to reduce supplies costs.
• Brainstorm marketing ideas, e.g., TikTok campaigns.
