• Deescalate resident issues to achieve positive outcomes (5-star reviews).
• Reprioritize maintenance tasks after issues (e.g., water leaks).
• Collaborate with maintenance to reduce supplies costs.
• Brainstorm with marketing on community marketing ideas (e.g., TikTok).
