The starting salary is $65,000. Partnering with RPM and ownership, you will drive occupancy targets and financial goals, while mentoring staff and delivering exceptional service to residents.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience
• Outstanding customer service track record
• Ability to set clear performance objectives and support staff
• Experience coaching direct reports and developing them
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of property management accounting software
• Delaware JP Court experience
• Delaware Form 50 Holder
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Responsibilities

• Supervises leasing processes and ensures documentation complies with procedures
• Reviews renewals and creates retention strategies to optimize occupancy
• Conducts regular property inspections and addresses deficiencies within budget
• Manages community budgets and variances
• Markets the community and develops plans to reduce vacancies
• Oversees maintenance functions and timely resident issue resolution
• Prepares activity reports for investors/owners
• Hires, trains and develops staff; enforces company policies
