Job summary

You will collaborate with the Community Manager to meet occupancy goals and uphold safety standards across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 years’ experience in maintenance roles within property management.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• HVAC CFC certification preferred.
• EPA approved certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily maintenance team activities.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and make-readies with timeliness targets.
• Manage work orders and vendor coordination; ensure quality work.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and monitor budgets for supplies.
• Communicate status to Community Manager and assist leasing staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
