Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in multi-family management, strong leadership, and proficiency in property management software and MS Office. This on-site role requires flexible hours, weekends as needed, and a commitment to outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, conducting candidate interviews, onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and assessments.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff on leasing, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting and variance reporting.
• Promote resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely resident service responses.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards for resident service.
• Analyze market trends and work with marketing on leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Follow eviction procedures and represent the company in court as needed.
• Manage owner relationships with regular updates and site visits.
