Brady Sullivan Properties in Laconia, NH is seeking an experienced, full-time Residential Property Manager for a property in Laconia. The Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations and financial performance with a focus on occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will market, lease, and maintain the property, interact with residents, manage leasing traffic, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure compliance with laws and policies. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Formación

• 2–5 years of on-site residential property management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Trustworthy; a criminal background check will be conducted.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day aspects of the property, includingmarketing, leasing, and maintenance.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Generate and manage leasing traffic, conduct apartment tours, lease apartments, answer phones, and qualify prospective residents.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete all move-in paperwork and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract new residents and retain current residents.
• Oversee rent collections and assist with capital improvement projects.
• Complete required reporting and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a high level of resident service while ensuring the property operates efficiently and effectively.
