You will drive occupancy, interact with residents, prepare lease documents, manage rent collections, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of on-site residential property management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Trustworthy and dependable; a criminal background check will be conducted.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
