• Conduct apartment tours, lease apartments, answer phones, and qualify prospective residents.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
• Develop leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Oversee rent collections and assist with capital improvements.
• Complete reporting and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain high level of resident service and efficient property operations.
