You will handle work orders, perform routine checkups, and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, ensuring residents feel proud to call our properties home.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in property management maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness and report items to supervisors.
