Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician at Commonwealth at Spring Hill, TN to deliver excellent resident experiences through hands-on maintenance. You’ll diagnose problems, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances, and respond to work orders with professionalism.

This role emphasizes safety, communication, and teamwork with the Service Manager and Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• CPO Certification is desirable or required depending on property.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensure work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and alert managers of items to address.
