Mission Rock Residential in Alcoa, TN is hiring a Service Technician to deliver exceptional resident service and maintain a quality living experience across our communities. You’ll handle routine repairs and respond to work orders with hands-on expertise to ensure residents are proud to call our properties home.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience in property management or related trades, plus strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management or related trades.
• CPO Certification (required/depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensure work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager to items needing attention.
