Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in San Francisco, CA. You will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure building systems meet company standards for safety and function.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, maintaining equipment, and supporting cost-control efforts. EPA refrigerant certifications are required where applicable, and a valid driver's license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with plumbing and appliance repairs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Track materials, inventory and complete documentation for service requests.
• Maintain grounds and common areas as needed.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
