Greystar in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Service Technician for Genoa Lakes. You will diagnose and repair building systems, complete make-ready tasks, maintain grounds, inspect work, and support safety and cost-control programs.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• State and Local certifications as required for Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials, inventory, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and minor repairs.
• Assist cost-control by repairing parts instead of replacing when feasible.
